Necessary and functional

emt_language stores the language you explicitly select for 180 days; merely visiting a page does not set it. emt_privacy stores the choice version, date, categories and a random receipt for 180 days. It contains no name, email or customer identifier.

When using an account, __Host-emt-session lasts 24 hours; __Host-emt-verification up to 15 minutes; __Host-emt-oauth up to 10 minutes; __Host-emt-mfa up to 5 minutes. emt_workspace remembers the selected workspace for 24 hours on the API path. Authentication cookies are HttpOnly and Secure. The hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) may set technical cookies for security and abuse protection.

Optional analytics

Only after consent, EMT receives a limited catalog and language event. Full URLs, queries, workspace references, tokens, training content and referrers are not sent. Counts are aggregated; a temporary key prevents repeated counting of the same choice during a day. Google Analytics and session replay tools are not installed.

Optional marketing

Only after consent, a campaign on EMT’s configured allowlist can set emt_campaign for up to 30 days. It contains a campaign code, not a personal identifier. The event supports aggregate counts of visits from that campaign.

This version installs no advertising pixels, performs no third-party retargeting and sends no data to advertising networks. Future integrations will identify provider, purpose and duration before activation. This choice does not subscribe you to newsletters or authorize workload data for advertising.

Change or withdraw

Open “Cookie preferences” from the footer or the always-visible button. “Necessary only” disables both optional categories and removes the campaign cookie. Pages remain accessible. Choices expire after 180 days; a material version change may require a new choice.

Withdrawal stops subsequent measurement. Already aggregated counts do not identify an individual visitor and are not rewritten. If saving is unavailable, analytics and marketing remain off. Choices are per browser; repeat them on other devices. Deleting browser cookies also removes the saved preference.
